Former People's Deputy Nikolai Martynenko, who was detained on suspicion of embezzling $ 17 million, is not going to deposit $ 300 million in bail, which the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) asks to appoint a court as an alternative to arresting a preventive measure.
