On the spot it was found out that the smell of burning goes from one of the apartments of the last floor of a high-rise apartment building. Using a gasoline cutter, rescuers entered the apartment and rescued a man born in 1976. He was taken out into the street and told to the doctors. By all indications - the man had gas poisoning. It turned out that he had burnt food on the stove.
