The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv elected a measure of restraint to the first deputy of the Shevchenkivskyi district state administration of Kyiv, as well as to his accomplice detained on suspicion of embezzlement of communal property and appropriation of 29 million UAH in the form of custody for 60 days, the press service of the Kiev prosecutor's office reported..

"At the same time, the court determined as an alternative the amount of the pledge in the amount of 2 million UAH for an official of the WGA, and 480 thousand UAH for his accomplice," reads the message.

The prosecutor in the court session insisted on a pledge of UAH 29 million for each, which corresponds to the amount of damage caused by intruders.

"The Moscow prosecutor's office handed over suspicion and detained Andreeva, deputy Shevchenkovskaya RGA, who is suspected of creating a criminal organization that appropriated the property of the territorial community for 27 million UAH, and also seized the funds of private enterprises for a sum of 2 million," wrote the head of the GPU Yuri Lutsenko on his page in Facebook.
