On Sunday, March 19, militants of Russian-terrorist formations carried out 19 armed provocations in the area of ??the antiterrorist operation, 12 of which were registered in the Mariupol direction. As a result of enemy attacks, two Ukrainian servicemen received injuries, the press center of the headquarters of the ATU.

According to Vodyanoy in the Mariupol direction, the invaders were beaten from large-caliber machine guns, grenade launchers, small arms and anti-aircraft ZU-23-2. The bases of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of ??Pavlopol, Shirokino and Gnutovo were subjected to shelling from large-caliber machine guns.

On Avdeevka in the Donetsk direction, the terrorists opened fire with grenade launchers and machine guns. The enemy tank fired seven shells around the village, one of which fell into the residential sector and destroyed the house. In the Lugansk district, a sniper of militants was seen, the positions of the APU fell under the fire from grenade launchers and heavy machine guns.

Under the Novoaleksandrovka and Novozvanovka terrorists used grenade launchers of various systems and machine guns.

Recall that the situation in the ATU zone was seriously aggravated on January 29, when the militants launched massive shelling of Avdeyevka and its environs, while the APU units in positions near the settlement repulsed several attempts to storm. The bombardment of Avdeevka from large-caliber artillery and MLRS led to serious destruction and casualties.
