In the highlands of the Ivano-Frankivsk region on March 11-12 in connection with snowfalls there is a significant (level 3) avalanche danger, warns the State Service of Ukraine for Emergencies.

In addition, on March 11-13, an increase in water levels by 0.2-0.7 m is expected on the left tributaries of the Dniester River (Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Vinnytsia Oblasts), and in some places an initial outlet of water to the creek.

On the flat rivers of Ukraine, spring floods are expected to develop with the release of water to some lower flood plains in the basins of the Pripyat, the Seversky Donets, the tributaries of the Middle Dnieper. At the same time, the development of floods is expected without the threat of negative consequences.

As it was reported, the weekend in Ukraine will be cold and rainy. The weather of most of the territory of Ukraine, except for the eastern part, will be determined by the field of low pressure with atmospheric fronts.
