Midfielder Tottenham Eric Lamela, out of action in October, may no longer play in the current campaign.

Lamela last played 4 and a half months ago - against Liverpool in the League Cup. After that, during training, he felt pain in his thigh, which at first seemed frivolous. However, Eric still has not managed to return to the game.

The Argentinean was in the position of Roma, for which he spoke before the transition to Tottenham. There he worked with a familiar physiotherapist and there were hopes that a change of scenery would help him recover faster.

After Lamela has already returned to London. Tottenham on Friday said that Lamela "continues to work outdoors and recover".
