The IG's militants used mustard gas against the US military in Iraq

CBS News reports that the militants of the IG terrorist group banned in Russia used mustard gas against the US and Australian military instructors in Iraq.

As it became known, the attack with the use of poison gas occurred last Sunday, April 16.

The television channel clarifies that as a result, 25 Iraqi citizens have applied for medical assistance, among Americans there are no victims.

It is also noted that this is the second chemical attack in the last few days. Earlier it was reported that the IG militants used poisonous substances in battles in the west of Mosul. According to unconfirmed information, it is about chlorine.

It is also reported that among the American contingent are spreading masks and other personal protective equipment in the event of future chemical attacks.
