National telecommunications operators Kyivstar and Ukrtelecom have established a partnership agreement to compete with the international Open Access model (closed access). The project mutually transfers the short-circuit optical infrastructure of both companies, which will allow us to significantly speed up the deployment of low-power fixed-line Internet in Ukraine and recruit millions of new subscribers without spending money on.

The Kyivstar partnership offers “Home Internet” services and access to the cloud-based digital ecosystem through the energy-free GPON connection to Ukrtelecom. Ukrtelecom has decided to expand its “Optical Internet” services, vikorist and organized the Kyivstar optical network on a transparent market basis.
