Aston Villa negotiated with Parma about the transfer of goalkeeper Zion Suzuki. The amount will be 35 million euros: the club will pay 30 million immediately, another 5 million will be transferred in the form of bonuses.

According to The Athletic, the English club also catered to the special minds of the 23-year-old Japanese. The goalkeeper's contract will be valid until the summer of 2031.

Previously, Suzuki was in the sphere of interests of PSG, but a potential transfer to the French giant did not materialize.

Last season, the Japanese goalkeeper played 22 matches for Parma in all tournaments, finishing six of them without conceding goals.. The official agreement with the Italian club has been insured until the summer of 2029.
