Ajax and Uruguay national team's top performer Nicolas Lodeiro praised the decision to end his professional career at the age of 37. We told you about it on Instagram.

The remaining club of the 37-member Uruguayan team was Nacional Montevideo, during which season they played 19 matches and provided one assist.

Lodeiro made his debut on the professional level in 2007 with the same team at Nacional, after which in 2010 the team turned to Ajax. Since then he has played for Botafoga, Corinthians, Boca Juniors, Seattle, Orlando City and Houston.

On the club level, Nicholas became the domestic champion of Uruguay, the Netherlands and MLS (Seattle), and also won the title once in Argentina. Also won the Uruguayan League, the Dutch Cup, the Argentine Cup and the CONCACAF Champions League (Seattle).
