Wednesday, July 29, was the 14th day of protests caused by the dismissal of Ukrainian Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov. The demands of the Ukrainians remain the same - to reinstate him in his post, and also to appoint a person with relevant experience as Minister of Veterans Affairs.
Citizens continued to express their demands using cardboards with slogans, with which they took to the streets in a number of cities in Ukraine. On Wednesday, protests took place in Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zaporozhye.
As Suspilna reports, for the 14th day residents of Dnieper have been holding peaceful protests and demanding the reinstatement of Mikhail Fedorov as Minister of Defense. About 80 people gathered for the next rally.
Traditionally, at the beginning of the action, participants held a minute of silence and unfurled a large flag of Ukraine. They held traditional posters with the inscriptions: “Bring back Fedorov”, “Fedorov is our Defense Ministry”.
