14-year-old singer Artem Kotenko, who represented Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2024, told how the rapid development of his creative career affects his life. The young performer did not hide the fact that due to his busy tour schedule he rarely appears at school, but at the same time assured that the stage does not take away part of his childhood.

He spoke about this in a commentary for the project “Tour with Stars”. Kotenko also emphasized that he has no problems at school due to poor attendance, because the teachers treat him with understanding.

" Thank you for closing the question about student Artem Kotenko. I am very grateful to all my teachers. But, of course, it doesn’t work out (to go to school. – Ed. We just returned from a tour with the musical " That’s why it was difficult with school, and it will be even more difficult,” said the artist.

Artem Kotenko also spoke about the temptations that surround him in the show business industry. Behind the scenes of various events, artists are often offered sparkling wine, so the presenter decided to ask if the 14-year-old singer is sometimes allowed to drink alcohol. The Junior Eurovision star was not at a loss because of such a provocative question and clearly noted that he does not drink alcohol, although sometimes the desire arises.

" In general, we adhere to some rules. But when I'm in the mood, I can ask my mom for a sip. But she still doesn’t give,” said the singer.
