Arsenal have identified Aston Valley's central defender Ezri Konsa as the main candidate to strengthen their defense this summer. BBC journalist Semi Mokbel reports this.

According to Dzherel, the London club has already transferred to Aston Valley for a possible transfer of the 28-year-old Englishman. Consa is Arsenal's priority target for the central defensive position.

It was previously reported that Aston Villa could command close to ?60 million for their player. In this case, the Birmingham club does not intend to easily let go of one of the key leaders of the defense.

Outside of Consy, Arsenal are also looking at other options to improve their dry line. Jacobo Ramon iz Como is on the club's list, but the potential transfer of the Spaniard complicates his contract.

Londoners are also keeping an eye on the situation with John Stones, who may be deprived of this summer by Manchester City as a free agent. Soon Konsa herself will lose the main goal of Arsenal.

Apparently, the potential transfer to the Gunners' defense center is due to the injury of key center back William Salib.
