The PFU explained that the Cabinet of Ministers, by resolution of May 15, 2026 No. 617, updated and significantly expanded the list of goods and services to which parents can send monetary compensation for the “Baby Package”.

Citizens of Ukraine, as well as foreigners and stateless persons, persons recognized in Ukraine as refugees or persons in need of additional protection, who are on the territory of Ukraine legally with a child and are his:.

The Fund noted that previously the “Baby Package” monetary compensation could be used to purchase limited groups of goods:.

baby care and hygiene products, in particular diapers, wipes;

children's clothing and shoes;

baby food;

children's dishes;

children's toys;

textiles for children, in particular towels, blankets;

baby walkers, baby strollers, infant carriers, baby bathtubs.

From now on, monetary compensation is provided to parents for the purchase of various goods and services from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs:.

children's and family clothing;

shoes and specialized children's shoes;

electronic equipment;

books, toys, stationery;

visiting attractions, circuses, carnivals, children's entertainment centers;

visits to doctors, hospitals, other medical services;

care services.

What is the amount of compensation for the “Baby Package”.

In Ukraine, in 2026, the amount of monetary compensation “Baby Package” is three times the subsistence level for children under the age of six, that is, 8,451 UAH.

Payment of monetary compensation is carried out to a current account with a special mode of use, including the one to which “Diya” is linked. Card”, opened in an authorized bank.
