Manchester United officially announced the continuation of their partnership with goalkeeper Tom Guiton. The new contract of the 40-year goalkeeper is valid until the summer of 2027.

The English club does not disclose its financial interests. After the signing of the new treaty, Giton said that for the sake of depriving part of the team and helping them in the fight for their greatest goals.

" I’m happy to be here and earn my contribution from the team’s developments, as I want to fight for trophies,” the goalkeeper said.

Giton is a member of Manchester United and was with the club from 2002 to 2010. Since then, he has played for Cardiff City, Bristol City, Burnley and Aston Villa, and in the 2021 season he turned to Old Trafford.

In the 2025/26 season, Manchester United finished in third place in the English Premier League and secured their participation in the main stage of the Champions League for the upcoming season.
