Real Madrid are preparing for changes in the captain's hierarchy after the departure of Dani Carvajal before the start of the new season.

According to Marca, the club has retained the traditional system of appointing captains based on the principle of seniority in the team.

The first captain of the camp is Federico Valverde. Next in the hierarchy are Vinicius Junior and Thibaut Courtois. Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin was appointed as the fourth captain of the team.

It was previously reported that Lunin considers the possibility of depriving the Madrid club of its entry through a lack of playing practice and competition with Courtois. It is clear that the remaining solution before the end of the season will be praised.
