“When they say that “Diya” can be used in elections, this is impossible, because according to the Constitution it is necessary that there be secrecy of voting, so that our vote, anyone in Ukraine, where he put a tick, remains his secret information,” Bornyakov noted..

In particular, the acting minister noted that the protection of personal data remains an important priority for Ukraine, which, according to him, is part of the requirements of the European Union.
