While Ukrainians dream of European salaries and living standards, they are often not ready to accept basic rules - responsibility, discipline and everyday culture. The same basic waste sorting, which has long been the norm in the EU, but in Ukraine still looks exotic.

I read a lot. I read, for example, how in 1290 Edward I first expelled Jews from England. expelled him because they lent extremely large sums: both to him and to all these gentlemen. The British raised England. therefore, I didn’t want to pay off my debts and decided that it was “necessary” to rob the Jews. Edward I could not yet kill like Hitler. It hadn't come to that yet. But he started a trend.
There was a unique chance for Ukraine to become independent. I was grateful to Kravchuk for his Belovezhskaya Pushcha, for this signature (under the agreement on the collapse of the USSR).
I was very grateful to the People's Movement of Ukraine. But the main thing that brought me to the People’s Movement was their persistent desire to cancel the t. 5th count, nationality.
It seemed to me that all the people who live in Ukraine should not have this column, they are all Ukrainians. That's why I believed in Rukh and Chernovol.
I said goodbye to Vyacheslav Maksimovich in 1998, when he, on Kuchma’s instructions, excluded me from the People’s Movement electoral list. But I was not betrayed by the people of Kiev, who elected me in the capital’s majoritarian district. Today I accidentally met Boris Andriychuk, during those elections he was the chairman of the Starokievsky district. And my district was in the Zheleznodorozhny and Starokievsky districts. And the head of the Zheleznodorozhny Titarchuk competed with me.
3/4 of my district was located in that area, and as a result 7.5 thousand. ballots were destroyed: there were checkmarks not only opposite my name, but also in other places. That is, the ballots were declared invalid. But Boris didn’t have this in Starokievsky, everything is fair there. And thanks to this, he defeated Titarchuk by 2.5 thousand. votes.
I think that Kuchma and Kravchenko are murderers. In particular, the killers of Gongadze. And I've always talked about this. Who supported me in this, please tell me? Who? Nobody. That's it, silently. Because of them, I spent 43 days in Zhytomyr prison. This is more than 2 years in the SBU pre-trial detention center, believe me. That’s why I took the formation of a new Criminal Code very seriously later, in 2001.. I canceled 600 articles. Seriously, I canceled 600 articles, I sought the decriminalization of many “entrepreneurial” articles.
The code was adopted on my birthday. Medvedchuk helped me implement this code. He put it to a vote in the 3rd reading not “item by article”, but “in general”, at my request. And the whole hall, 348 votes voted. They believed me.
Kuchma and Kravchenko called my bank " So they managed to give me. But " This happened at my expense. The only one. Throughout the history of Ukraine. The only one. I sold everything then. I felt responsible to people. I entered politics while people trusted me with money.
We need to admit that independence comes only if it is shed by the blood of heroes. Unfortunately, many of our heroes died. Big state, big history, big struggle.
A people, a nation, is being born in Ukraine, and these guys, these 200 thousand guys, paid for it. We must remember them all. In every village, in every town. Everywhere there should be steles on which the names of those killed from this region will be indicated.. After all, these people, both military and civilians, gave their lives for the independence of Ukraine. So that there is a memory of everyone, so that descendants remember every name. And every name was remembered. Then there will be a state.
Once I came to Groysman, the then prime minister. And he had problems with parliament, he could not draw up a budget. He lacked more than 100 billion.
I say: Vova, I have a development. I prepared it when I worked with Azarov. At that time, if you remember, I changed regulatory policy and improved business life. So I tell Groysman: here are 21 laws. Here I have gained. If you accept them, you have plus 200 billion. But we need to decouple the minimum wage from the indicator. The minimum wage is the basis for taxation and improving people's lives. And I gave it to him. Groiman handed over the documents to Reva, the then Minister of Social Policy, and he worked with it all.
I proposed to decouple the minimum wage from artificial indicators and introduce greater responsibility for the salary in an envelope. And raise from 1200 hryvnia to 5000 (then the rate was completely different). He heard, gave the task, in two weeks they accepted everything. True, they raised it to more than 3 thousand. UAH. Then Volodya thanked me and shook my hand. And Reva says that he still sprinkles ashes on his head, that he didn’t hear me then since 5000.
Socialist Europe adopted laws on 13 and 14 salaries, this idea is especially popular in Italy, Austria, Portugal, Spain.
Everything is very simple, in Ukraine we need to change two or three laws. As I understand it, they won’t give 14, but 13 is fine.
I propose to do it like in Europe: you want to be Europeans? Well, create Europe. In Europe, the 13th wage has long existed. For example, in summer 50%, 50% in January.
Guarantees are an independent Ukraine, as well as the guarantees themselves:.
- firstly, our army is strong;
- secondly, we must have ballistic missiles;
– the army must be professional, reminiscent and well armed.
In addition, as in Israel, there must be tangible foreign support, either from the USA or Europe.
I see that Zelensky is ready to go to a meeting with Putin. Then I will give him advice: go to Moscow. But one condition: go only after we exchange prisoners according to the “all for all” formula.. Come on, Putin. That's how many of our boys you have? six thousand? Together with Azovites? Conventionally, we have four there. Or three. Give us ours, we'll give you yours. “And then I’ll go to Moscow”. What difference does it make whether you talk in Istanbul or in Moscow This is a psychological factor: if an exchange takes place, Zelensky will have the opportunity to tell the Ukrainian people that he is forced to send to Moscow to save the guys who were given 30 years for nothing. Their lives are more important. And then he will reach an agreement with Putin. I'm sure he can.
