The єSadok payment for parents with preschool children, which is planned to be introduced in Ukraine from 2028, is proposed to be tax-free. This will allow recipients to be credited with the full amount of assistance – that is, 8,000 rather than 6,160 UAH.

This is stated in government bill No. 15193, which was registered in the Verkhovna Rada. It provides for amendments to Article 165 of the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the non-inclusion of the amount of the monthly cash payment єSadok into the taxable income of the taxpayer.
