But we are talking about details, such as “Action”, the popularity of ratings, and elections, which, however, are not included in the heads of those who distribute?

Great story: from COVID to the tank It all started quite logically. Covid, lockdown, people without robots. The state decided to help - and paid a thousand hryvnia to those vaccinated. Approximately 8–11 million people have cut off their bones. Budget - approximately 8 billion hryvnias. The idea looked reasonable: an incentive for vaccination plus social encouragement. Two in one. Then came the great war. And at the same time from it - “6500 hryvnia” for people in combat zones, for private entrepreneurs, for those who have spent their income. Over 5 million people, over 31 billion hryvnia. There is no time for irony here - people really demanded help, and this was, perhaps, the most justified of all programs.

Things have gone wrong. More precisely, everything went exactly the same way, but in a different direction.
