A new service has been launched on the Diya portal, which allows enterprises of the military-industrial complex and companies critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to temporarily book workers with military registration violations for up to 45 days. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture. As noted, during this time the employee can regulate his credentials, and the enterprise can continuously ensure the implementation of defense tasks. The service can be used by enterprises included in the Unified List of Enterprises of the Military-Industrial Complex or having the status of critical to meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Enterprise managers, signatories or authorized persons can submit an application online on the Diya portal. To do this, you need to log in using a qualified electronic signature, select the Employee Reservation service and, when submitting an application, select the category Employees with a violation of military registration. After entering the employee data and signing the application, the status of its consideration will be displayed in the applicant’s personal account. It is expected that the launch of the service will allow enterprises to quickly attract specialists to work and ensure the continuity of production processes important for the country’s defense capability. As we have noted, the procedure for reserving those liable for military service from mobilization has undergone further changes.
