On February 9, a press conference of the President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko was held in Budinka football, dedicated to the promotion of the bags of another fate of the work of the new UAF team. In due course, we have christened the position of the association with international and domestic food, and also presented a new organizational management structure.

Shevchenko said that the position of the UAF will no longer remain unchanged until the participation of Russian teams:.

“As long as the war continues, we are categorically against the Russians turning to football”.

The President informed that communication with FIFA has already started, and the nutrition of Russian teams is not considered by the FIFA Council. He also announced the upcoming meeting of Gianni Infantino to further convey the position of Ukraine.

Okremo Shevchenko spoke about work for the status of Ukrainian legionnaires in Europe. In his words, the UAF was able to achieve positive solutions to quotas from lower major football countries:.

" Negotiations with other associations are troublesome"

The President also spoke about an important reform in domestic football - the introduction of direct compensation for first-time youth coaches:.

" Previously, these money were taken away from school and clubs. We corrected it"

Speaking about the work of the association, Shevchenko spoke about effective resource management:.

" That's a big deal - how the team divides the money between direct and real projects."

He also presented a new organizational structure of the UAF administration, which is divided into five directorates with various key officials, and strategic management is under the Coordination Council.

At the end, Shevchenko emphasized the importance of teamwork:.

“The reform processes that we have launched will require the beneficial actions of a great number of fahivites. UAF today has 200 full-time police officers,” Shevchenko said.
