Atletico Madrid announced the transfer of the young Spanish player Rodrigo Mendosi from Jelche. The capital's press service informed the club about the transfer.

The contract with a 20-year-old football player is worth five and a half rubles. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the sum totaled 16 million euros, and another 4 million were transferred from the view of bonuses. This sales set a record in the history of Yelche.

In the current season, Mendoza has played 20 matches in all tournaments on the club level, recording two goals and one assist. The young defender is seen as a promising addition to Atletico's defense line in the coming seasons.
