The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has already adopted a resolution on the implementation of a “white list” for Starlink satellite terminals, Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov said and recalled that after setting clear deadlines for registration, all unverified terminals in Ukraine will be turned off.
As Fedorov wrote, you will need to register your communication terminal through the Administrative Services Center: “Just one visit to the nearest central administrative center - free, quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy.”.
Businesses and legal organizations will be able to verify their Starlink terminals online on the Diya portal. But the military will not have to contact the Central Administrative Service.
" Also, you do not need to put your own terminals on the balance of a military unit or transfer account data - just secure your terminal from blocking by adding it to the “white list,” Fedorov clarified.

The minister added that by creating such a “white list” of terminals in Ukraine they will be able to maintain stable communications for Ukrainians, but at the same time strengthen security measures and limit the activities of the enemy using these means.
“This is a forced step by the government to save the lives of Ukrainians and our energy facilities,” he stressed..
Fedorov announced the plan to introduce a “white list” and authorization of all Starlink terminals in Ukraine the day before. Unverified terminals on the territory of Ukraine will be disabled. Such measures were a reaction to the Russians’ use of Starlink for attacks with controlled drones, which turned out to be resistant to electronic warfare..
SpaceX founder Elon Musk had already said the day before that measures to block the unauthorized use of Starlink by Russia had worked..
