The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center announced the weather forecast in Ukraine for Wednesday, January 28, and warned of dangerous meteorological phenomena. Fog, sleet and icy roads are expected in some areas, which could impact traffic. The greatest complications are predicted in the central, northern and western regions.

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center notes that on January 28, the weather in Ukraine will be formed by a field of low pressure and a moist warm air mass from the Black Sea.
