In 2025, the Diya application secured the status of digital product No. 1 in Ukraine. The service is used by more than 23 million Ukrainians, which is 77 percent of all smartphone owners in the country. During the year, citizens most often turned to financial, registration and transport services, arranging them online.

Data on the results of the year were published by the team of the digital platform Diya. The message states the number of applications submitted and payments made in the main areas. They note that Ukrainians received most popular services without visiting government agencies and without paper documents.

Digital services have gradually become everyday practice. Ukrainians are increasingly turning to offline windows and more often solving administrative issues in a few clicks.

The largest service of the year was the Winter 1,000 UAH program, for which 14.3 million applications were submitted. Help from the state was processed in a matter of minutes, without collecting certificates or going to banks.

Also among the leaders was an extract of place of residence. During the year, users generated 12.8 million such documents. Previously, this certificate required personal application and queues, but is now available in PDF format directly on your phone.

The third place in the number of requests was taken by fines for traffic violations. In 2025, 6.2 million fines were paid through Diya. The service allows drivers to instantly make payments without searching for details and waiting for paper messages.

Special attention was paid to digital documents and services for business. The military registration document was issued 550 thousand times. It has the same legal force as a paper one and is always available on your smartphone. The employee booking service was used 410 thousand times, which has become an important tool for critical infrastructure enterprises.

Among business services, automatic registration of individual entrepreneurs also stands out. 220 thousand applications were submitted during the year. Registration took place seven days a week and without the participation of officials, and submitting an application took about 15 minutes on the Diya portal.
