The Bank of Financial Inclusion will operate on the basis of a limited banking license. The main task of such institutions will be to serve clients who currently do not have sustainable access to financial services - this applies to citizens of Ukraine and micro-enterprises located in areas close to the combat zone, in liberated territories, as well as socially vulnerable groups of the population.
The Bank of Financial Inclusion will be able to provide banking and other financial services to individuals, business entities, public and charitable organizations, as well as state authorities and local governments.
Operating banks, postal operators, large retail chains, gas station chains and other companies that already have experience serving a significant number of clients and an extensive customer service network may be interested in obtaining a limited banking license.
As noted by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Daniil Getmantsev, the law will significantly improve access to banking and financial services for those people who are currently limited in it for various reasons..
