The preparatory court hearing in the case of businessman Ihor Kolomoisky, scheduled for Monday, December 8, did not take place due to a technical malfunction of the car that was supposed to take him to court, Suspilne reports.

Judge Kazmirenko decided to postpone the hearing to December 11.

Despite the cancellation of the hearing, many media representatives gathered at the Podolsky District Court, because the day before Kolomoisky announced a press statement.
