On December 5, the festive “Magic Express” on steam locomotive traction, organized by Ukrzaliznytsia in honor of St. Nicholas Day, started in Kyiv and Lviv, reports ZN correspondent. UA Anna Konyuchenko. The trips are designed for children from front-line regions and children of railway workers.

Retro locomotives run within cities, each trip lasts about two hours with one stop. The train includes children's carriages adapted for passengers from birth. Entertainment activities and photo zones for participants are organized on the platforms.

Today the Magic Express departed at 14:00 and 17:00, tomorrow, December 6, flights are scheduled for 10:00 and 13:00, and on December 7 at 10:00 and 13:00.

According to the press service of Ukrazaliznytsia, the trip is part of the 3000 km across Ukraine program, which allows children to make short holiday trips for free.. Families from Kharkov, Sumy, Donetsk, Nikolaev, Kherson, Chernihiv, Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk regions can take part in the project.

purchase tickets for bonus kilometers for the selected date;
