The Confederation of African Football has announced the names of three candidates for the continent's best player award in 2025.

It is clarified that the selection of candidates for the title of best player in Africa was carried out by CAF representatives, coaches, former football players and some journalists.

After an in-depth analysis, the candidates for the award were Galatasaray and Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen, Liverpool and Egypt winger Mohamed Salah and PSG and Morocco defender Ashraf Hakimi.

Let us remind you that the annual award ceremony for the best African football player will be held in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, this week - November 19.
