How to get help: The payment must be used before June 30, 2026. The service is available to all citizens of the state on the territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories.

The project was developed by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. The participants of the project are JSC " Applications can also be submitted to Ukrposhta. Please note: payment is not provided in cash. Funds are transferred only to the National Cashback card (if issued through Diyu) and a special account (through Ukrposhta).
