In Ukraine, labor relations between employees and employers are regulated by the relevant legislation. There are times when an employee wants to take a vacation during the war. Specialists of the Southeast Interregional Department of the State Labor Service told whether the employer can refuse to grant a vacation to the employee of the enterprise of critical infrastructure.

The Derzhprazi explained that according to Part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "

performing work at critical infrastructure facilities;

work on the production of defense goods;

Performing a mobilization task.

Experts added that such refusals can be in all cases, except for maternity leave and parental leave until they reach the age of three.

Earlier, experts of the Southeast Interregional Department of the State Service on Labor said whether the employee is dismissed of his own free will during temporary disability.
