Specialists of the Southeast Interregional Department of the State Labor Service told whether the employer can refuse to grant a vacation to the employee of the enterprise of critical infrastructure.

The Derzhprazi explained that according to Part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "
performing work at critical infrastructure facilities;
work on the production of defense goods;
Performing a mobilization task.
Experts added that such refusals can be in all cases, except for maternity leave and parental leave until they reach the age of three.
