" It is important not to stretch, not to do two readings - because there is a huge risk of amendments, blocking, tightening. And throughout the entire time from the moment of voting of the famous bill [No. 12414] to the signing and publication of the [new] bill by the President, there is a risk of demanding our affairs [General Prosecutor], familiarizing themselves with these cases.
