Buying transport.

Payment for transactions for the acquisition of property rights,.

building materials (if housing is damaged/destroyed),.

medical, educational and housing and communal services,.

Buying housing/land in the territories of hostilities before they are included in the list.

Debt on alimony.

Available alimony debt for more than 3 months.

Exceptions:.

the debt is paid in parts by court decision,.

Alimony with a minimum pension in the maximum size (50%), alimony is recovered..

A person is removed from work, under house arrest or in jail (except in cases related to crimes against the state).

Housing with a large area.

Available housing outside the territories of hostilities, if the area exceeds 13.65 m? per person or 35.22 m? to the household. Exception: housing is destroyed/unsuitable for living (subject to confirmation from the register of damaged/destroyed property or documents).

Purchase of currency and banking metals.

Bought currency or banking metals in the amount of more than 100,000 UAH. Exception: the currency is received from charitable organizations or to pay for medical/educational services.

Coincidence of the address.

The address of rented housing coincides with the address of housing, for which compensation has already been paid for the placement of IDS. In this case, the subsidy can be appointed from the month following the last month of compensation.

Disable persons.

The housekeeping includes two or more able -bodied persons who do not have income and do not pay ERUs.

Such persons have a choice:.

Employed;

Register a FLP (for FLP a specific procedure for calculating the average monthly total income is established);

Apply for a microgram, grant to create or develop your own business or voucher for training;

register at the employment center.

The IDP family did not sign a notification to cancel the residence aid.

In case of assistance for IDP accommodation at the time of appointment of the subsidy, the person must consent to the termination of assistance, signing it within 14 working days after the receipt of the notification from PFU.

Savings on deposits or bonds of internal state loans, the total amount is more than 100,000 UAH;

when the lease term has expired or a contract was terminated;

rented housing is located on the territory of active hostilities or temporary occupation;

housing is provided for free use;

The IDP family does not live in rented housing for more than a month;

There are family ties between the employer and the landlord.
