In Ukraine, military liability, which were recognized as a restraint before the entry into force of the new mobilization legislation, must undergo a repeated military medical commission (VVK). For this, they have less than a week left - until June 5, after which the violators will be fine.

In particular, citizens of Ukraine aged 25 to 60 years, who, according to the results of the medical examination of the IHC until May 4, 2024, were recognized as limited to military service, unsuitable in peaceful or limited in wartime, are required to undergo a second medical examination until June 5, 2025. He must determine the degree of suitability of such citizens to the service in the forces of defense. This norm is provided by Law No. 4235-IX, adopted in February 2025, which changes the procedure for accounting and evaluating the health status of military persons.
