The national team of Ukraine won the historical silver medal at the World-2025 Championship in ski acrobatics in the Swiss Engadine.

Ukraine performed in team mixed competitions. The national team was represented by Angelina Brykina, Alexander Okipnyuk and Dmitry Kotovsky.

With the fourth result, the Ukrainians got to the superfinals, where, according to the results of three jumps, they scored 312.35 points and took second place, missing only the US team (344.63).

It is especially worth noting the last attempt in which Kotovsky fulfilled the most difficult jump in ski acrobatics - " For him, the Ukrainian received 133.12 points, which was the best result among all the participants in the final.

For the Ukrainian national team, this is the first silver medal in history at the level of world championships in mixed team competitions. In 2023, Ukrainians won the bronze award.

Also for Ukraine, this is the first medal at the World Cup 2025 and the fifth in the history of performances at the tournament.
