Menopause is a natural process in the life of every woman when a hormonal change occurs, and a woman comes out of reproductive age. During this period, her body begins to adapt to new conditions. However, in the transition period, sufficiently unpleasant symptoms can occur, such as the flare of heat, sleep disturbances, mood swings, increased irritability and even depression.

One of the most noticeable changes in the body is a decrease in estrogen hormone level. This affects not only the emotional state, but also physical health. Women often face problems such as dry vagina, which can complicate sexual intercourse and increase the risk of urinary tract infections. Also, a decrease in estrogen levels affects bone strength, and many older women begin to experience symptoms of osteoporosis, which makes the bones more fragile.

Another unpleasant consequence of menopause is a weakening of the muscles of the pelvic floor. This can lead to urinary incontinence problems and, in some cases, even more serious diseases, such as the veneration of the pelvic organs. In addition, hormonal changes affect the figure, especially the waist area. This can lead to the accumulation of fat in this area, which in turn increases the risk of heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

Weight problems are also not uncommon during menopause. Excess weight can increase the likelihood of developing various diseases, such as uterine fibroma. However, it is worth noting that after the onset of menopause, many benign tumors, such as fibroma, may decrease or disappear.

Nevertheless, it is important to understand that maintaining an active lifestyle and proper nutrition helps to greatly alleviate the symptoms of menopause. Physical activity and compliance with diet can not only improve overall well -being, but also reduce the risk of developing many diseases that may occur during this period.

Understanding and attention to their health play a key role in overcoming difficulties associated with menopause. Regular medical examinations and consultations with doctors will help to better adapt to these changes and maintain health for many years.
