The story that happened to an elderly woman received a wide resonance and even attracted the attention of local politicians.

So, a pensioner named Zofia, returned from the doctor by bus. She used a 20-minute ticket, which in connection with road repairs operated 40 minutes. However, during the audit, the controllers said that the ticket expired for two minutes. The woman objected, indicating for a while on the driver's watch, but the controllers insisted that only the time was taken into account on the validator.

Zofia was asked to leave the bus four stops later to her destination. The woman lost consciousness. Then it was landed at a stop, and at home a pensioner in her pocket found a fine of 254.80 zlotys (more than 2, 5 thousand hryvnias). While the woman’s daughter achieved justice, the penalty grew half and already amounted to 506.80 (more than 5 thousand hryvnias) due to a delay in payment.

The woman complained to the transport company regarding the unfair fine and the actions of controllers. In response, the transport company said that the actions of its employees were correct, but still held an explanatory conversation with them.

Lodzi's road and transport management said that the DVR did not work on the bus, and records from cameras are stored only 14 days, after which they are deleted. Controllers claim that the woman delayed the ticket for not two, but for six minutes, which contradicts her words.
