World WBO-Lightweight Champion Ukrainian Denis Berinchik (19-1, 9 KOs) was unable to successfully conduct his debut defense of the title, suffering an early defeat in the battle against American Kishon Davis (13-0, 9 KOs).
The fight took place on Saturday night, February 15, in the Madison Square Garden Theater Arena in New York, the USA, becoming the main event of boxing from the promotional company Top Rank.
In two starting three -minute, Borinchik tried to act actively, moved a lot, but Davis could not create any special problems.
