Ukrainians-in-in-handed persons (IDP) may apply for a subsidy for rental housing even if its owner is abroad. The fact is that documents on the appointment of payment can be submitted remotely - in electronic format.

This was reported in the Ministry of Social Policy. They noted there: you can do this through the webportal of electronic services Pension Fund of Ukraine.

" At the same time, the application and the rental contract must be signed by IDS and the owner of the housing in electronic form - with the application of the CEP (qualified electronic signatures), ”the report said.
