On Thursday, February 13, in the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Lviv began hearings on the murder of Irina Farion. The accused Vyacheslav Zinchenko came to the court in the armored vehicle and helmet, since his defender at the previous meeting asked to strengthen security measures. This is reported by Suprilna.

At the opening of the meeting, Zinchenko filed a motion to keep him in a single chamber in a pre -trial detention center, explaining this by the fact that his neighbors in the cell often smoke what was bothering him, since he is an athlete and never smoked. Lawyer Igor Suleim supported his request by applying to the court with a request to satisfy the petition. Zinchenko also asked for permission to call his father.

The prosecutor noted that in single chambers they usually contain those who violate the regime, and opposed the petition. The lawyer of the daughter of the deceased also spoke out against this, Natalia Romanik. The prosecutor objected and against Zinchenko’s calls to his father, since he was interrogated as a witness. After the discussion, the board of judges allowed the accused to make calls to his father, but the request for a change in the conditions of detention in the pre -trial detention center was rejected.

After considering the petitions, the court proceeded to consider the essence of the case. Prosecutor Dmitry Locabulary presented a summary of the indictment.
