World WBO-Lightweight Champion Ukrainian Denis Berinchik (19-0, 9 KOs) in his near battle will hold a debut defense of the title against American Kishon Davis (12-0, 8 KO).

The fight will take place on February 14 at the Madison Square Garden arena in New York, USA.

Before the battle, future rivals first met face to face, arranging a traditional duel of views.
