Delicious pear cake with hazelnut

A pear cake with a hazelnut is not only a tasty, but also an original delicacy that will delight you with its delicate texture and a rich taste. This recipe uses simple ingredients that are easy to find in any store. Particular attention should be paid to the combination of pears with nuts and chocolate, which gives baking special sophistication.

For the preparation, you will need: 100 g of fried hazelnuts, 140 g of pancake flour, 175 g of softened butter, 140 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 5 medium pears, 50 g of dark chocolate and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of apricot jam.

The first step you need to grind the hazelnuts in small pieces and mix it with flour. Then add the cubes chopped with cubes and knead the dough until it becomes friable, similar to bread crumbs. After that, add sugar and whipped eggs, mix thoroughly.

Pear should be cleaned of the peel and core, and then cut into small pieces. Add half the pears and finely chopped chocolate to the dough, mix and transfer the mass into the prepared baking dish, greased with oil and lined with parchment.

We put the remaining pears on the upper part of the dough, slightly press them into the mass so that they do not surfacing during baking. We put the pie in the oven preheated to 160 ° C and bake 50-60 minutes until golden crust.

After the cake is ready, leave it in the form for 10 minutes, then gently transfer it to the dish and let it completely cool. As a final stroke, heat the apricot jam and cover them with the top of the pie, giving it a beautiful shine.

This cake will be a great treat for any holiday or just a delicious dessert for tea.
