Each year in Ukraine, a minimum amount of experience necessary for retirement by age is growing. Citizens who worked in work with particularly harmful and especially difficult working conditions or other work with harmful and difficult working conditions and in certain industries are entitled to assign a pension by age on preferential conditions.

He noted that the preferential experience according to lists No. 1 and No. 2 is counted during the certification enterprises of jobs. This requirement entered into force on August 1992.

Work on list No. 2 is always counted in the length of service in a single size. Such a preferential experience gives only the right to early pension, but does not affect its calculation, unlike the length of service according to the list No. 1.

For each full year of work on list No. 1, the experience is additionally counted for one year. This, in turn, affects the length of service coefficient and ultimately on the size of the pension. But if we are talking about determining the size of the minimum pension payment, then, in any case, the actual experience in a single amount is considered, the increased coefficient of experience here does not play the role.

If we are talking about work on list No. 2, then such experience in any case does not double.
