Cake with nuts, poppy seeds and dried apricots

This cake is a real find for lovers of various tastes. It combines three layers: with walnuts, poppy seeds and dried apricots. Each cake is soft, fragrant and complements others, creating a rich taste. Easy to prepare, it will become a decoration of any table.

Ingredients.

For dough for each cake:.

1 egg.

0.5 cups of sugar (~ 80 g).

115–120 g of sour cream (25% fat).

0.5 hours. soda.

0.75-1 cup flour (~ 70–100 g).

1 tbsp. starch.

0.75 cups of walnuts (for the first cake).

0.5 cups of poppy (for the second cake).

0.5 cups of dried apricots (for the third cake).

For cream:.

100-150 g butter.

0.5 banks of condensed milk (~ 200 g).

For decoration:.

Chocolate shavings.

preparation of ingredients.

Before preparing the test, you need to prepare additives. Group walnuts slightly dried in a pan and chop with a knife. Rinse the dried apricots, pour boiling water for 15 minutes, then dry and cut into cubes. We wash the poppy, fill it with water and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes, then recludge on a sieve, squeeze well through gauze.

Baking cakes.

For each cake, the process is the same: beat an egg with sugar in a bowl, add sour cream and soda, mix. Sift the flour with starch and enter into the dough. In the first part of the dough, add walnuts, in the second - poppy, in the third - dried apricots. We bake each portion of the dough separately at 170–180 ° C for 18–20 minutes. Leave the cakes to cool.

Preparation of cream.

Beat the soft butter to the splendor, then, without stopping beat, we introduce condensed milk. The cream should turn out to be airy and smooth.

Assembly of the cake.

Crowned up cooled cakes with cream and lay on top of each other. If necessary, trim the edges. We cover the top and side of the cake with the remains of the cream, sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate chips.

Insisting and serving.

In order for the cake to completely reveal its taste, it is better to leave it in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, and preferably for two days. So it will become more tender and fragrant. Before serving, you can additionally decorate with chocolate or berries.
