The Medical People's Council of Football Associations (IFAB) will consider the introduction of a coaching request system (FVS).

This system allows coaches to make a request to view a video recovery during the match. It has already been used on female World Cup U-17 and U-20.

FIFA sees in this system an analogue VAR, and IFAB considers it more economically profitable.

Discussion of FVS will be held on March 1 at a meeting in Belfast. Other possible innovations aimed at reducing the expenses of time for checking episodes will also discuss there.

Various changes in the rules for the next season will also be discussed, including the possibility of team captains to refer to the chief referee.
