Ukraine filed a lawsuit against the civil confiscation of assets of the executive of the TCC and SP (the territorial center of recruitment and social support) in Kharkov in the amount of UAH 3.4 million, since it did not have legal income for the purchase of luxury cars. Despite the fact that the cars are decorated on the mother -in -law, the investigation proved that they were actually used by the official of the official, which is a classic scheme for concealing property.

This was reported by the specialized anti -corruption prosecutor's office (SAP). We are talking about two new luxury cars - Toyota Camry Hybrid 2022 and Lexus NX200 2023 release, which formally belong to the mother -in -law of the former head of the Shevchenkovsky TCC and SP Arthur Vorontsov.

Despite the fact that the official owner of the car is the mother -in -law of the Excitant, the investigation found that they were used by Vorontsov himself and his family. This aroused suspicions of law enforcement officers, because the analysis of income and expenses of both Vorontsov himself and his closest relatives showed that they did not have legal income that would allow such expensive cars to purchase.

Earlier, Vorontsov headed the Shevchenkovsky District TCC and SP Kharkov, and after dismissal from military service, he received a position in the Lozovsky City Council of the Kharkov Region, where he works as the head of the department of communal property department. His surname used to have repeatedly appeared in scandals around the work of the military enlistment offices. Given the numerous corruption revelations in the TCC system, the attention of law enforcement agencies to its state looks quite logical.

Such a model is often used in corruption schemes, and that is why SAP has actively practices civic confiscation in recent years - that is, the recovery of unreasonable assets in state revenue without a criminal sentence. According to the lawsuit filed, the SAP requires recognizing cars by unreasonable assets and transfer them to the property of the state.
