The British police detained the 34-year-old local resident Anton Mann, who was hiding between the bushes in the garden of his ex-girlfriend. Subsequently, the court discovered that the man once again violated the ban not to approach the former, and now he was facing a conclusion, writes the newspaper New York Post.
During the court hearings, it turned out that 13 days before the detention, the other judge took the ban on Mr. Mann to approach his ex -girlfriend. It turned out that the man was very “painful”, and therefore tried to talk with his former, but the woman announced the persecution and harassment.
However, the man was once again detained in the garden near the house of the ex-girl, then the other judge tried to establish why the suspect again tried to break into the former. The man found himself guilty of violating the prohibitive order.
The prosecutor's office Katherine Walters said in the court that the suspect continues to violate the prohibitions, and therefore asks the court to “tighten the measure of punishment” for Mr. Mann.
" It's time to grow up, Mr. Manne, ”said Judge Edrian Lover after a sentence of 12 weeks of imprisonment.
Also, a man must pay 240 pounds (12.5 thousand. UAH), and is also obliged to undergo a course of abstinence from alcohol within 120 days. Mr. Mann also must take psychological courses that will help “stabilize his condition”, because during the hearing it became known that a man has long been suffering from depressive disorders, and recently he was diagnosed with a “borderline personality disorder”.
At the same time, the lawyer of the convicted Brian Natnet said that his client went to the former house to collect the things necessary to search for a new job. He claimed that it was the former girl who gained Anton and asked to pick up things.
Now the lawyer says that he will appeal, because the sentence of 12 weeks will now deprive his client of work, and they will demand to pay compensation for the unlawful decision of the court.
Earlier it was reported that the wife sued her husband because of his excessive concern for the cat. Judge m. Nagaprasanna noted that the woman complained that her husband cares more about the cat than about her, and that the animal has repeatedly scratched her, provoking quarrels.
Subsequently, it became known how in France a woman sued the local authorities because of a wild boar. The authorities demanded that Elodi Kappe be given to the female a wild boar to give up, behind which a woman looked after two years. The court figured out this case and announced his decision.
