The GBR exposed a criminal group in the Bozhkovskaya colony No. 16 of the Poltava region. Its members, prison employees tortured and killed prisoners. This was reported by the press center of the State Bureau of Investigation.

Law enforcement officers managed to prove not only the facts of bullying and beatings, but also the actual murder of prisoners.

The victims of crimes were almost everyone who first fell into the colony. The fact of the death of one of the prisoners from bodily injuries was documented.

Since arriving in the colony, each of the convicts passed a tough acceptance procedure, during which the newly arrived convicts were forced to remove the floor, removing the indicated process on the video camera. Torture was used for refusing to it: they beat with arms, legs, rubber batons, sticks in different parts of the body, twisted their hands, etc..

Among other things, for example, the fact of applying more than 200 strokes to one of the convicts was documented.
