Military employees of an enterprise that loses the status of a critically important or not submitting documents for retraining may lose reservation from mobilization in February 2025. By the end of the current place, all enterprises must confirm their status. This was reported in new changes in Decree No. 76 on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Then, with appropriate updates, the head will be able to transfer his employees through the Dya application until March 1. In turn, now there is no need to wait 72 hours between the completion of preliminary booking and the submission of a new request. At the same time, if the company loses the status of critically important or does not provide documents for confirmation, its employees may lose reservation from mobilization and be called up to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Recall that in Ukraine the rules for sending to the military-medical commission for military-liable citizens have been changed. Now Ukrainians will be able to get such directions in electronic format. Corresponding changes will help reduce queues in the territorial centers of completion and social support. First of all, the option will be available for those who independently want to go through. In particular, military liability, who received the agenda, can submit an electronic request for the formation of the direction so as not to waste time visiting TCC.
